Last week I signed on with Match.com. I got an email from someone who gave me a yahoo email address and didn't have a profile. Actually I've emails ostensibly from two people like that. A Dose of Deja Vu

Unbelievably Bad Taste

Taking a day off

I have decided to get some much needed rest today instead of trotting down the trail for 2 hours. I know the withdrawal will kick in about noon and I will be feeling guilty about not being out there. A Modicum of Attention

If I had just paid a little attention to the news, I would have known something about the bombing in London yesterday. I didn't even turn on my TV today and no one mentioned it in my diet class.
