Stood In

Stood in for the Rural Dean today, which was infinitely better than being stood up by him. He's on holiday for a week, so asked me to attend the Rural Deans' meeting in his place. A Tricky Funeral

Just back from a rather tricky funeral. James had died after a number of years suffering from Alzheimer's, the last three of which were in a home. Floating

Drove down the back road (as usual) to last night's PCC. Big mistake. Hadn't really noticed that it had been raining steadily all day, as I hadn't been out in it. Remembrance Sunday

Had a packed church today for the annual Remembrance Sunday parade. Got Through Barbara's Funeral
