Whim was right without realizing it

I noticed that blogs such as Have we achieved The Dream? have been appearing in the Featured Blogs section of the BN home page. Like Whim, I thought that a blog had to be in the Top 100 in order to rotate in and out of the Featured Blogs department. I'll grant that I assumed that the Top 100 was the...
