Wednesday, July 26, 2006Day 2 - cut my running a little short but I did runI started the day off by teaching a church youth group karate for a couple of hours. As part of that class, I took them through the exercises and I did the exercises with them. We worked legs, chest, triceps and abs. When I got home, I lifted weights. Worked my back today.
