Warrior
Check the ingredients. I don't know alot about the capsules. It can be and is used in capsule form. I don't know if there is a huge difference in results or not. I have always just used the vinegar.

Bel, I looked where I usually get my supplements
and they sell Apple Cider Vinegar in capsules. Do you think you would get the same results?

I wrote an article on Apple Cider Vinegar
What I used it for was different than weight loss but I also lost weight without trying using it actual apple cider vinegar.

apple cider vinegar
do you happen to know anything about taking apple cider vinegar supplements for weight loss? I've started taking 500mg (plus 150mcg Chromium) 3x a day with meals.

Right now, it's just important to keep trying
I don't know why the running is a struggle this time. I used to be more of a runner than a weightlifter. Now it has flipped.
