Keeping track of the days - good motivation that gets better

I weighed in this morning and I'm down to 201. Maybe I'll break through the 200 mark this time. That would be nice. I would like to get down to 185. Supposedly for someone my height, I'm supposed to be 175. My wife doesn't think I can get down that low because I'm lifting weights every day. At this... Sign in to see full entry.
