Work over for today... resting

We all just got off work. Since 5 kids are home, we split in 2 teams. That really helped. I realized by the last job that I am still recovering from that cold I had and am almost over, as I got really tired and worked slow. Now we're resting. 1 job to go, and the kids are going to do it, so I can stay home. It's warm and sunny today, but I am too tired to do anything else today. Home again

Just got back from my short trip. Greg is in Nebraska now, enjoying time with his relatives. I am really tired and on my way to bed. I'm glad 2 cleaning jobs I thought I would be doing tomorrow have cancelled. One may be next week and the other not till August. They are extras on top of the few I do each week. Tomorrow I clean 2 houses and 1 small business. Because I knew I would be tired I'm having a 16 year old girl to help out. Time to sleep. Buenas Noches... Sign in to see full entry.

Why I haven't been on blog it for awhile...

I am checking in to let those who read me know what's going on. First of all, I had 2 extra (one time) cleaning jobs. They both paid well. I had a young girl help me one day with one of them, a house that was really nice, but wasn't lived in much, so very dusty and needed a lot of attention. This is going to turn in to a once-a-month job I think. After that, I went to the ranch that my brother, sisters and I own together. My brother lives at the house and takes care of it. Gardening and longing for summer...

We finally have a little sunshine today. I am planting seeds and watching some grow. I planted Chamomile seeds that came up, but transplanted them too soon and they died:( I planted some flowers that are some kind of succulent called Margaritas. They are my favorite, because you can pick off the dead flowers and they just keep blooming again. I'm resting a little, but will work for a little while this afternoon and maybe this evening. A great birthday!

Thank you everyone who wished me a happy birthday. I looked on my facebook and... oh my... I had SOOO many I could hardly believe it! Some are friends I am not in touch with (because I don't have a lot of time for FB) I had a great birthday, not the usual. We went shopping in a nearby town for necessities, went to a Mexican food store and ate there, In the evening, Greg cleaned with Gideon and Clemy at a couple of businesses. About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
