No headaches today...

No headache today. Not sure why I have been having them. I am trying to lower my caffeine, but not sure that was the cause. We had a team of 4 today cleaning, and since some jobs had been done on Thursday there weren't as many to do, so we got them done pretty fast. Finished the book I'd been reading, "My Sister's Keeper." It was pretty good. It followed the story line of the movie (Or the movie followed it's story line?) until near the end. I hate headaches!

I really don't know why, but I've been battling migraines the last few days. I had to quit work early yesterday, and I woke up with a headache. I've been taking medicine for it today, but as soon as the medicine wears off,...wham, it's back again. The girls are driving to Idaho tonight to visit friends. I'd thought about going, but the thought of driving 5 hours there, 5 hours back was not appealing to me. So, Greg, Gideon and I stayed home. Bob is also here and hasn't been feeling so well... A really bad cup of coffee...

The other day I got in the car with my daughter. I asked her to bring my coffee, as my hands were full. She said something like, "Does your coffee always taste good when you let it sit out like that?" I said,"No, sometimes it tastes bad." So, I took a drink. I remembered I had put chocolate in it, but I didn't remember it being so weak. After a bit, Petra laughed and dumped the rest out the window and then poured in the same cup the real coffee. Back home...

I'm back home. We only camped 1 night, but was able to spend time with relatives I only see once a year. My only aunt left is 93 and looking good. She walks and takes care of herself. It rained, but the worst was Friday night. On Sunday it was sunny and nice, so we stayed and had a BBQ with the ones left. I had a whopper of a headache Sunday. It finally went away after heavily medicating myself. I finally fell asleep. I slept over 12 hours that night! Yesterday - no headache, but today I am... Sign in to see full entry.

Camping trip...

About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
