As I said in the other entry, I met my husband while he was hitchhiking. He looked like a friendly sort of guy, holding that big yellow thumb, and he had a big smile on his face. I picked him up. When we arrived at our destination, I tried to get him a place to stay, but could not find anyone who wanted to take a chance on a hitchhiker. So, I called my mom and told her the situation. I got up, told him goodbye then Clementina and I hurried so she wouldn't be late for her Homeschool PE class. I was surprised because I kept getting distracted and had to punch it down a few times. The children are getting back into their school routine. We homeschool, and... Sign in to see full entry.

He had on a Stetson, was holding up a large cardboard yellow thumb with his guitar and pack on the side. I asked Lisa, "Does he look safe?" She said, "Yeah, I guess." So, I backed up. I had a PTL sticker on... Sign in to see full entry.
