Early Start

I was able to get up at 6:30 and start work at 6:45, cleaning offices. It took 1 hour 45 minutes in all. When I got home I watered the yard, pulled weeds and now I am cleaning the house. I hope to deep clean the whole house today. Other than that, today I will need to go grocery shopping, take Susannah to gymnastics and empty the trash cans at the other office cleaning job. Back to hot weather again!

It's late, so I can only write a little. I drove home with the 2 youngest girls. It took us about 10 hours, from the time we left. Some of that was not driving time. We went from 60 degree weather to 98 within an hour! The coast is like a different world. It hardly ever gets hot there. Our winters in Mexico were hotter than the summers there! Multonomah falls and Bandon coast

I'm enjoying the very cool weather on the Oregon coast. We left Friday morning at 9:00 and didn't arrive until 9:30 pm. We stopped at Multnomah falls on the way for about an hour. We also drove right past Portland, OR and the traffic was moving pretty slow for awhile. By the time I was on the curvy roads I wanted to be able to be there instantly, as I was so tired of driving. Vacation with the family

We just got done cleaning the insurance offices. They let us clean Thursday instead of Friday so I can go on a trip with my family this weekend. I am not looking forward to driving, but the cool weather at the ocean is very appealing. I am doing laundry and have to clean out the van from the other trip still. 4 days more of "vacation." Too many Bobs

I had set my alarm for 6:50, so I could get to work by 7:30. The alarm didn't go off and I woke up at 8:00. The good thing is that the office is closed today. My friend Christy came in at 8:30. I ended up going to Starbucks with Greg and 2 out of town friends until 9:30. Since no one else was in the office, there was no pressure to get the cleaning done. About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
