Beautiful fall day...

It's a beautiful fall day, temperature is around 70 I think. I need to go take a walk or something to help me with the depression that is trying to overtake me. BBQ today...

We are having a BBQ in 1l2 hour. Maybe someone will show up:). Almost went horseback riding, but some events prevented it and changed my mind. Helped Greg clean a job 20 min. away. We drove out there and he'd grabbed the wrong keys, so had to drive all the way home and back. It didn't take us long to clean it though. One more job, he will do while I'm in a class at a church in town. We have new neighbors. They seem nice. We are still considering buying the place next door to rent out. It's a... Work is done (for today) (maybe) ...

We got done early! It helped doing an extra job last night and we had a full crew of 4. I have been relaxing and looking at you-tube videos that my son(s) posted recently. I posted them in my photography blog, so hope you have a chance to visit some amazing photo-editing art. We still have 1 more place to clean, but usually do it Saturday or Sunday evening. Enjoyable weekend...

The gymnastics meet and weekend went well. Susannah did great! She has improved so much in the last few months. I would post something tonight, but need some help doing it and some time too.:) I was able to see 4 of my sons who now live in "the valley", near Portland, OR. 2 are married, 1 grandchild. 2 single sons also came for dinner. What's happening today...and this weekend?

I just got finished mixing cleaning solutions for work. They are a combination of natural disinfectant and essential oils. We just got 6 chickens this week. They are only laying 3 eggs or less a day, but I'm hoping they lay more after they get used to their new home. I think they ate some eggs, so I have been checking them a lot. Homeschooling is going well. We waited till after the rodeo to start, so this is only their second day. The schedule helps, but I didn't get up at 6:00, but 7:15, so... Sign in to see full entry.

About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
