2nd day of January and all is well

January 2nd was a much better day for me. It's all a matter of perspective and attitude really. I only cleaned 2 houses and everyone else did the 3 other cleaning jobs together. First, Greg took Levi to the doctors' offices and cleaned. When he got back, he got 2 crews together and they each set off to the bank and insurance offices. A day that went sour...

To be perfectly honest I had a very bad day. Most of it probably had to do with my attitude and feelings. I spent 3 hours working on the calendar. I wanted so much to do it all hand-made, but ended up going to the Wal.mart photo site. So, my first one will be with them. I still want to attempt to make one at a print shop. It will take longer to make, but I won't have to wait for them to finish it, as I will from Wal.mart. While I was working on the calendar, my husband was waiting for me as he... A 2010 Calendar in the making...

I woke up early with a bad headache. I really can't call them migraines, but they do hurt bad. I'm pretty sure I got this because I drank de-caf coffee in the afternoon (because I didn't want to drink any more caffeine). But, I guess I am sensitive to the chemical they use to de-caf it. I was testing my theory, because I've gotten headaches 2 other times from de-caf. Greg and Levi are working, doing tree work all day, so we may do all our cleaning jobs on Saturday. Update on Robert Park, missionary who crossed the river to North Korea...

I had a nice day basically. Greg helped me with both jobs, which was really nice. We have snow here. This morning we couldn't make it back up the hill to our house, so Greg chained up. I like driving in the snow with chains. Later, it got warmer and the roads were all slushy. I was able to take a nap again today. The North Korean government admitted to capturing an American. An uneventful day in the life of...

I Just got off work. Greg has been helping with the janitorial jobs, so it's been easier. It took us both 2 hours, so I will write down 4. The maintenance man has some information that indicates the owner is looking for someone else to do the job, as he doesn't want to pay us what we want. So, if he finds someone who will work for less we may not be doing the job next month. I will find out by the first of the month I'm sure. About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
