ITS FINALLY MINE

It is finally mine. I saved $405. and got it for almost the amount I originally offered her but now she took it. I received the title in the mail yesterday and now its mine. Yesterday I went to someplace I had never been before and it was very interesting. My SIL had to renew his green card and of course the appointment was in Phoenix.
