AT WILL??

I am not sure if you know what a “at will” employer is. I can just tell you in layman terms, but it means that either the employer or employee can leave or be fired for no reason at all, which I don’t understand why the states would allow this type of employment to be put in place. SHE HAS TWO WORKING LEGS

For about two and a half months now the lady that is 80 something that works at the store with me hadn’t been working and of course I had no idea why.
