Fun Concert and chat with Cheryl

Had a nice time at the Larocca concert last night even though I wasn't feeling great. Flirted with a nice young lady whose name I've already forgotten. Aarrrgh! I blame the depression. Hanging out with Melanie and Not Bored

Not such a great day. Haven't felt well just pretty much laid around watching TV til 3:00. Didn't make it to the gym yesterday so that's probably part of the problem. Eating out and chatting with G

It's been 4 hours since I left the apartment and I'm hanging in pretty well. My therapist keeps telling me about her patients who are no longer depressed after they get they're disability. Exercising Body and Mind

Went to the gym again and now I feel pretty good. If a half hour of exercise a day makes a noticeable difference then it will be easy for me to keep up. I want to pick up the reading too. Short walk and tweaking the medicine

Not feeling too bad today. I see Dr Zhang in awhile maybe she'll know how to tweak the medicine to make it better. Walked to the shopping center and back today. Not a lot of exercise but something. Being Thirsty and Easter

I'm thirsty. I'm always thirsty. I think it's a side effect of the medication. Planned to see Lisa this morning but couldn't get myself together til after one. It's gotta get better. Social Security and not taking bad advice

Didn't leave the apartment until 3:00 today. I was tired but now I think I wasn't that tired. Gotta go back to the in-out-in. Talked to the folks at Allsup today. Positive discussion and medium romantic interest

Had a pretty good time at the meeting last night. Teresa was there but we didn't get a chance to talk. Had a great chat with Theo.
