My cell phone got cut off for a few hours because my payment was late. It was only $26 and change I didn't think they would cut it off for that little. Called the doctor's office and started the procedure to have a vasectomy today. It seems like the right time. Very good session with Suzanne (my therapist) yesterday. I think if you're going to benefit from therapy you not only need a good therapist you need to be a good client. That social security decision could be happening any day now, I'll feel so much better when it does--as long as it's an approval of course. A bit tired today, woke up for a couple hours in the middle of the night. Then I overslept and missed church. Went to the gym instead of the pool this morning. Nice change of pace. Easier to stay motivated when you do different kinds of exercise. That Christmas music thing at the library was great. Went swimming again this morning then took a nap. Made a dent in my Bible reading, read the first 10 chapters of Liviticus. Not very interesting or very important I don't think, mostly about making animal sacrifices. I was going to read some more of To Kill a Mockingbird but I couldn't find it. It's... Swam 18 laps this morning which is 1/4 mile. I can definitely feel and extra spring in my step as a result. If I don't watch it, I may have to go back to work:) I really enjoy hanging out here in the library, writing, reading, chatting with folks on facebook ect. It's a lot of fun. I'm trying to...
