Feeling better about things these days. Got a credit limit increase on one of my cards and the folks at Capital One are starting to maybe cooperate about my disputed charge. Things are looking up. Al didn't show up to look at the room yesterday. I emailed him to see if he wanted to reschedule. Meanwhile Cornell said he would pay some of the rent today since he got paid. We shall see. Still feeling a bit under the weather, but I made it in to work. Playing hurt as they say in sports. Potential roommate coming tonight. Still not feeling great, but I made it through the day. This is what I'll have to do I guess until I build up some sick leave. Keep coming in to work unless I'm so sick I just can't. Interesting roommate possibility. Lady from Greece coming to the U.S on a business trip for three months. The most interesting thing is that she's prepared to pay three months in advace. I have begun advertising for a new roommate. I told Cornell if he catches up with his bills before the end of the month, he can stay, otherwise adios. Much to my surprize the apartment development may actually do something about my electric bill. They want copies of my bills so they can compare them to the bills for that apartment before I moved in. Well I got an idea for dealing with Cornell. Since he makes a lot of long distance calls and I don't make any, I had the phone company block all long distance calls. That should motivate him. I don't know what to do about Cornell. He isn't paying his rent and utilities on time and there's no indication that he's ever going to. I may have to ask him to leave.
