New cold War! It looks like Mr Bush has stirred up the Russians enough to put the sparks to a new fire. Sure enough, the kindling is from a very old camp, but the mutual feeling of hate and distrust is alive and well. This is all sparked by the proposed deployment of a missile defend system, which will have part of its system situated in the UK and Easter European countries.
