A couple of suggestions
I would also like a "save as draft" feature. I understand what you're saying by write in another application, then post here, but it would still be useful.
My second suggestion is to be able to back-date or post-date posts.

combining blogs
If I have 2 blogs, can I combine them and their posts by renaming Blog B with the same name as Blog A???? Appreciate any replies.
BLOGING
I'm a bit confused about how i am going to blog all of my 22 chapters with out deleateing any of the other blogs.
I am currently holding 5th place in the Mature Audiance and i dont want to deleat that. I must however add all the rest day by day.

Drafts
Just wondering -- is there a way to store a "work in progress" without posting it? Let's say I'm on a roll, working on my masterpiece, and then the Sandman arrives and shuts me down before the job is done. Can I stow the unfinished job somewhere, unposted, and then come back to complete it later? Thanks....

DEAR BLOGIT,
Take a look at blogexplosion.com they use the rating system and a few other qualities blogit members have been requesting.. thier only short coming is that you have to create your own blogs and link them in... that makes updating them more difficult... but they have done what many blogit memebers would like in the way of rating, and random surfing etc.
