Pitching
I am pitching two manuscripts to two different publishers at a writers' convention in August. I never did a pitch before. Any pointers? I don't want to waste this opportunity.
Links to other sites
I recently discovered another site that is a free-lancer's dream... Not like Blogit, for writing, but for those looking for printing and outlets for photos, one-liners, slogans... T-shirt and bumpersticker stuff, cards and posters... Is it within the rules for me to make a general announcement about this site on Blogit?
My problem
Dear Sir,
This is my second time try to write and publish my writing. The first time when I tried to publish my essay, I was frustrated to see some errors in the registration part that made my publish fail. But I had already paid and got an account. I had to cancel it immediately becuase i didn't have time to get the problem solved. Actually I was eager to express myself in writing, which is my favourite hobby. Now I am trying to send this letter to you. I hope this times I will success in publish my essay or else I have to cancel it or solve the problem through your support.

switching
i want to switch my blog from journal to poetry, can i do that?
Format Problem
One of my blogs is very wide on the page when it posts...this has just happened in the last few days. The otherse are still fine in size and I am using the same word processor program. It is the Opinion blog..it makes it very difficult to read. I have tried deleting and putting back on my word processor and changing the size there - I did this on my last post to this blog when the problem first popped up - it didn't help. Since it is only on this blog, could it be something on your end? Thanks!
I'm just curious...
This won't put me in the poorhouse, but I've noticed recently a couple of occasions when my earnings have dropped by a few cents compared to the day before. Does this have something to do with the number of times I click on other people versus the times I receive clicks? Just trying to get a better idea of how the system works. Thanks...
what happened to the first post I was working on?
I had gotten about 4 paragtraphs into my first post and was pleased with how I was coming along with it until I hit some key on my notebook and my post disappeared. I mean blinked out of existence.
Where did it go? Can I retrieve it and finish it?
I beleive I am due a referral bonus, but I see neither hide nor hair...
There was confusion at the time, as Lilruby signed up but didn't use my link, but asked you here, the next day, if I could be credited for it, and you replied, "Yes, this time..." It has been over 3 months, and I see she still has the account...
Questions
1. Why is it that on some people's accounts it says "This account is closed," yet their blogs remain? Were these people banned or have they quit on their own?
2. Is there a way for bloggers to decipher between those who have quit and those who have been banned?
