want to make a change to blog description
I am new to blogit and wanted to immediately change the name and description of my new blog but only the name change took. How come the description won't change?

Blog Search
Google's hot new search tool is Blog search. Icerocket.com is a search engine that defaults to blogs. Is there any way for Blogit blogs to be indexed by these sites? Or is the fact the most of Blogit's content hidden make Blogit invisible to search engines?
font change
I like to use papyrus font in word docs, but all of a sudden it changed to this weird font. Any ideas?

Adding Gifs and Color
Oh boy, this posting stuff gets confusing!!!! When I created my FIRST post, I entered the Hex colors for background and lettering and they didn't show up? I used the Editing tools at the top of the page, too. And can someone please tell me how to add an animated Gif? I see that the editing tools provide for adding a picture, but how can I add a Gif?
How I wish I were a computer geek instead of a computer nerd. I will need step-by-step procedures in the simplest of terms. Sorry! And I do thank you for your HELP!!!!!
