I finally fill in all the fields for the first page in the process and try to continue and I get an error saying:

I am a new kid on the blogblock. As far as I am aware I have only done one blog entitled What The Hell am I doing here. When I try to start a new blog I get a message saying I have used up my three blog quota.
Could some one please tell me where the other two so I can delete them and also tell me how to differentiate between a new blog and contributing to some one elses?
