I don't want to seem to be breaking in, but my writing toolbar disappeared.
No more emoticons or red letters. I had just had a real spastic series of mistypos. Could I have accidentally turned it off?
Banned Bloggers
I'm curious, like everybody else, about why posts are being deleted and bloggers banned. Without infringing on anyone's privacy, would you be able to post a statement as to how you arrive at your decision to ban a blogger for violation of the terms of use, or what is your criteria for deleting posts.
For instance, are you able to tell a new member is a banned blogger by the details of the properties of their email? Or perhaps by credit card number? What type of investigative tools are available to BN staff to determine who is actually joining and posting blogs? How are you sure of who's who?
Perhaps, by advising us of precisely what steps are taken to arrive at your decision, we would have a clearer picture of some of the events of the past few days.
Thank you,

Protecting nom de blogs
Can we someday get protection from the use of our blogging handles on other people's titles? Say, a list of who got which when and the date they claimed it?

I can't receive emails at the moment. Hopefully this is only temporary and I'll let you know when it's working again.
Help
Is there any way to backtrack and read old comments? Mine get lost in cyber-space as I can't get back to the computer on an daily, let alone hourly, basis 90% of the time--what with having a life and all. Any suggestions out there?
Cut/paste/link oddity
I meant to place a link within a post which looped you back to that post, and I was able to finally do it. However, the first time I cut the URL as I was writing, pasted it in...and when I posted it, the link put me back into the writing mode. I wonder if anyone else who happened to click on it would have been able to post to my blog? Maybe I'll try to arrange a test.

A Curious Erasement...
A few minutes ago, I had a post erased because it contained an email from suspended blogger, Dropped-on-Head, and received a notice explaining the erasement with the simple reasoning that DOH was suspended and therefore violated "multiple" Terms of Use policies.
Fine, fine, fine.
The real issue I'm wondering is...why is Gentle_Willow allowed to post blog entries, such as this one, containing emails from Crabby, who is also suspended due to multiple violations of the Terms of Use?
Just wondering if someone might clarify the difference for me, please.
Please help
For the first time ever, i switched over this space i'm writing in to the 'html' format to enter in a photo. all i had to do was check the tiny box at the bottom left of this writing screen and it changed over to html. now, all of my blogs are being written in this html format. how can i change it back, to where thee is the screen where i can insert links, change fonts, load photos, etc? thanks for your time
Legal Question
Sorry if thas has already been posted, but I couldn't find it and the Term s of Use didn't quite clarify it for me:
By submitting our work here, does that mean we cannot publish it in print and sell it? (i.e. does it become copyrighted by bloggingnetwork.com so that we may not use material from our blogs for articles or books we intend to have published by a magazine or publishing house?)
