Banned Bloggers

I'm curious, like everybody else, about why posts are being deleted and bloggers banned. Without infringing on anyone's privacy, would you be able to post a statement as to how you arrive at your decision to ban a blogger for violation of the terms of use, or what is your criteria for deleting posts.

For instance, are you able to tell a new member is a banned blogger by the details of the properties of their email? Or perhaps by credit card number? What type of investigative tools are available to BN staff to determine who is actually joining and posting blogs? How are you sure of who's who?

Perhaps, by advising us of precisely what steps are taken to arrive at your decision, we would have a clearer picture of some of the events of the past few days.

Thank you,
