Distribution lists belong in the LISTS & INFORMATION CATEGORY!!!

When someone posts something in a general category that belongs in MA, you move their blog to the MA section. Will you please consider doing that for distribution lists that are continually being posted in categories other than Lists & Information? Or better yet, create a separate place for the lists to be posted, preferably where it is not included in the ranking system. Many bloggers have now gone the "click trick" route and disguised the list with a headline designed to entice a click. I have no problem with people posting their lists, but tricking me to click on it when I'd rather not is annoying at best.

I just added a post to my blog, The Beat Goes On and suddenly the formatting(?) has changed. The text is stretched way across the page; very annoying to read. What can I do to correct this? Thanks.

The block blogger link!!!

Hey Blogit Staff!

In your next upgrade, would it be possible to move that block blogger link on the "view comments" page? I've both blocked and been blocked, totally by accident. Maybe move it off to the side somewhere?

my mom is going to sign up....how do I get the referal credit?

Rankings if you're new

I have only just subscribed to and started posting on blogit today so I'm not quite sure if I have a ranking yet. How long will it be before I can see my ranking next to my posts ?

Are there problems with picture linking at the moment?

I've noticed that recently every blog I go to that has had a picture linked into it, the picture doesn't appear to show up. Instead, a small box with a red x in the middle shows up.

At first I thought it was the writer referencing their pictures to their local hard drive, but checking the page-properties of the links they are indeed external, and work when entered directly. Once you go back to the blog after doing that the picture appears to work fine, but not before!

Then I checked my own machine, just to make sure there were no setting errors this end, but nope - everything's fine.

What gives? Any problems you're aware of or is this just a hiccup?

Is there a way to tell who or how many people are reading your blog, even if they don't leave comments?

2. Why am I so unpopular?

The last time that I received my earnings from BlogIt Network was on May 12, 2004. It is now August 10 and I am wondering, when will I get my next check? I have bills to pay, a huge mortgage and I'm planning a trip around the world. I need the dough! What's going on? I had already sent an e-mail and no response! What should I do next, picket? Call my Congressman? Write a letter to the President? Start my own Blogging Network? Yeah, that's the ticket! Please respond before the guys with the bats come knocking upon my door.
