Yes, that's correct, MA posts and comments are not included on the regular Blogit site's New Posts and New Comments pages.
The most effective way to track all comments left for you -- on your Mature Audiences and regular category blogs -- is by clicking on Write and then View new comments. This page lists the 25 most recent comments left on all your blogs.
