Make no mistake however, patience with the bible lobotomized, (or those rendered dysfunctional by any holy book for that matter), is still in short supply. All I would ask anyone to consider is this; we all have a penchant to default to the notion of respecting the beliefs of others, my first response when someone tries to play that card against me is always the same . . . Why I do not believe in your God and never will

Reading some of the comments here on Blogit recently, it seems that some of human nature's good old fashioned shortcomings are beginning to re-assert themselves.
