Make it better

Almost all photos need some fixing. I recently took this photo of my grandson trying on his winter coat and hat. Improvements through editing

I remember my uncle had a darkroom in his basement where he had enlargers, chemicals and all the old-timey equipment needed to delelop, print and edit photos. Work every angle

Angles in photography figure in to almost every aspect of the shot. Some are easy to control, use a zoom lens to eliminate distracting backgrounds as I have done here. Photos never wait

Make your own cards

Greeting cards with a personal touch are fun to do and mean so much more. Anticipate the action

Sports have focal points where the opportunity for action shots will be greater. Home plate, goal lines or starting gates are places where the action is usually more concentrated and likely to be more exciting. Can't see the forest for the trees?
