I've been reading the news stories about Katrina survivors. It's truly horrible to see how so many of these people have been living. One story told of a 51-year-old woman who works a $6.50 an hour job as janitor at a school. No benefits, no pension. This was the highest-paying job she's ever had.... Sign in to see full entry.
