how to politely take out a hostile patron

My job as bar manager is ok. I'm not getting paid nearly as much as I should be. In fact, I took this position with the understanding I'd be making more money and have benefits. We went to our first Dodger game yesterday!! Actually, it's kind of funny. I live about 7 miles from Dodger Stadium and I grew up here in LA, yet it took me 34 years to get to my first baseball game.
