As I read this entry, I felt like I was sitting right there with ya in the ballpark. Though not a baseball fan, I've been to a game or two. . , and you described the feeling that you get sitting in the stands quite well.

Damn I miss playing... oh well, that's why man created the PSP and MVP 2005.
To answer your question, yes I do play upright bass. But out here in the great sandbox, I just have my StingRay. I can't wait to get my hands on my upright and baseball glove. That adds two things to my list of things to do when I get home:
1. Get tattoo dialed in; 2. Pick up the upright; 3. Get baseball glove and throw the hide around
