European Constitution Signed by all Members.

Now it goes back to each nation for ratification, supposedly to take effect in 2007. In reading the EU Constitution, I notice that lots of power is given to the EU and some to the individual countries, but nothing is said of the rights of the people. CBS Better Watch It!

They seem to be sticking to a story that everyone else says is not true. News stories have to come from reliable sorces, and if CBS loses that reliablllity among the TV-watching, uninformed masses, then they may as well torn themselves into another cartoon channel for kids.
