No Change?

I paid for cash at the self-checkout machine on Monday. I was due change. The coin came out. The bills did not. Instead, I was given a voucher for the $4 I was owed. This got me to thinking. Where would be without raincoats? The answer is, we would be so wet. Raincoats are excellent at keeping us dry from watery weather. Our skin, hair and clothing are unaffected.
