An old soul in those eyes. Grandparents know the joy I feel when I look at her...it's so special. Once again, thank you all for the prayers and good wishes sent her way when she needed them. “He’s got smoke in there.” “Smoke? What? Where?” When my cute Japanese DIL gets emotional, her translation sometimes falters, and now I was trying to grasp what she was telling me. I had the weirdest dream last night – I logged into Blogit to get my daily fix and there was nothing but a blank screen. What?? Tonight I had to tell him to leave. He tried, thought he had it beat, but no. So I followed the advice of a very wise and good friend, and got out of his way. I sat alone on my gallery outside tonight. It was dark, and warm; a perfect spring evening. I listened to the whip-o-will, felt the wind gently lifting my hair, and watched the crescent moon flit behind and out again from a fluffy cloud.
