Back To The Living
I know I shouldn't complain, and I am thankful to have a head, but this has been one of those day (about the last 24 hours) where my head did not want to be a head. It wanted to be a butt. But, I have been trying to cooperate with it, and not be a pain in the a$$, and I think I have just about...

The Birds Are Waiting
Exercise, any kind at all, is good for the soul, good for the body, good for the mind, good for the memory. Exercise, be it jogging (which I cannot do anymore), be it climbing and descending stairs, swimming, dancing, leg lifts, little weights to lift, or just range of motion exercises will do...

I Love A Parade
This is Parade Day in our town, Parade with a capital "P", a Blue Parade. School closings proclaimed by our Mayor. Thousands and thousands of people are already filling downtown; many stayed the night along the parade route, camping out so they wouldn't miss a thing. Traffic in and around our town...
