Perhaps those that are home do not so frequently smile. And then, those who come back, as you have told in the story, they smile spontaneously because they traveled so wide and afar.

great news for him. I am working on a few pounds before I work on a few more and then a few more. When they are gone i will put up a before and after picture.

Great story - I can certainly identify with that. Instead of wearing 38" jeans I'm down to 35s and even 34s (with a bit of squeezing, LOL), and in some dark corner there's a very old 32 that's grinning and saying 'You'll never make it, hehehe'...Well, we'll see you little so-and-so...

What a lovely story - I hope you do recognise him!  ... I am trying to get my dear one to lose a bit... not going to happen all the while we eat out, lol..

I like this story - it's so hard to take off a pound when the metabolism

slows down after a weight loss, and the fat creeps back up even if you keep the calories at the same level... Congrats to your friend!

wow that is great, when I lost weight I had a hard time with my will power and still do.  I finally got tired of weighing myself and basically threw out the scale.
