When You Gotta Go...Where?

This toilet-use controversy has me all confused. At my age, it is not unusual to have to use one every two hours. So, since the confusion makes me not want to use any but my own, I'm having trouble planning each day's routine with needed errands, eating out, library, church, doctor visits,...
