First Rutabaga Ever

I just roasted some root veggies that turned out scrumptious--a mixture of rutabaga, sweet potato, Idaho potato and a Granny Smith apple, peeled, diced, mixed with EVOO and sprinkled with my choice of herbs then baked on a tray.
