I have a tendency to fall into a paralyzing sluggishness when I have no commitments that are on a time frame; comittments like work, or meetings, or appointments. And when I feel myself beginning to fall into that, it is so easy to just lay back and let it snowball. It sounds good....to take a nap here and there, to read a book, to just hang around.
