A morning shock…
I am in the kitchen preparing my usual mid-morning latte. It’s a fairly complicated procedure: First, I rinse out yesterday’s stale grounds from my small Italian stove-top espresso maker, and fill it with water; I grind a batch of coffee beans, drop a few teaspoons of freshly ground, powdery coffee...
