Two Beatrice, Nebraska, residents face child-abuse charges, accused of taping the woman's 22-month-old child to a wall. Eighteen-year-old Corde Honea was arrested this week on suspicion of felony child abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia and stolen firearms. Officers say two stolen handguns...
