And in Britain: The Veggie-Mobile Racing Car…

British scientists have created a Formula 3 racing car from recycled and compostable materials including plastic bottles, carrots and potato starch. Part of the steering wheel is made of a carrot derivative; the seat is made of a flax-based fabric; the car even runs on bio-diesel made of chocolate... Sign in to see full entry.
