I listen to Garrison Keillor a lot- after all, he writes his stories from the part of Minnesota that I grew up in. Last weekend, I caught my favorite, 'News from Lake Wobegone' and he had an interesting monologue.. it was about crying. He said one has to cry regularly, or else the tears would build...
