This link (from AOL) and this link (from the Chicago Sun-Times) tell the same story: that of a man who apparently is out to kill all the stray cats in his neighborhood. The AP story posted in both places tells readers why he wants to "off" Fluffy the Stray. Fortunately, local police are investigating this man.
