Kanner Coke

Mrs. Kanner was a match teacher at the K through 8 school that I attended. There were times in class when she would take out a $1 bill and ask a student to go to the faculty lounge to get her a soda. Lunch Debit

Spring 1994. The entire second grade convened in the cafeteria for an assembly. That was odd to me. Never before had we had an assembly in the cafetria. No Street Hockey for Me

Growing up, kids would play street hockey in one of the courts in Mom's neighborhood. I myself never played. Most of the kids were older, and I was not close to them.
