Final Full Semester #9

I got on a roll today with Lycurgus. I finished a four page paper in under an hour. At first I had trouble getting started, but I made an outline. Doing so helped me organize my thoughts and helped the words flow. I strongly recommend that anyone doing a writing assignment should do an outline.... Sign in to see full entry.

Final Full Semester #8

This weekend has been a productive one. I have done plenty of studying and reading and am ready for the upcoming week. I have not been holed up either all weekend either and have been able to enjoy a baseball game on Friday night and a football game today. I have done very well this weekend making... Final Full Semester #7

The first week of any college semester is always overwhelming. Very rarely are all of my required textbooks available to be shipped, therefore, I have to go to the bookstore several times to try to buy books I need. I talked to Dad more yesterday about my sadness when he came home to visit me last night. Again he suggested I drop out. I grew very angry this time and told him to stop. "I think you may want to drop out," Dad said to me last night. I had just told him I was unfeeling happy. I did not get into specifics such as Christina, teaching and my parents' separation.
