I Was Sick as a Dog Yesterday

Yesterday I had a fever that at its highest peak was 101.1 degrees Fahrenheit. Today I feel a lot better. I am at about ninety percent. I do not have a fever, but I feel stiff and a tad bit rundown. Jumped for Joy

A power outage at a water pumping plant Wednesday morning ended up leaving 200,000 residents in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area without water. Eighteen schools ended up closing early. Those Were Not the Days

As the days have become warmer physical education classes and recess sessions now find themselves taking place outdoors. Ashes and Easter

On Thursday we spread my maternal grandmother's ashes in her backyard. When Traditions End

A yearly tradition around Easter time was to dye eggs with my mother and sister. In the 1990s I love dying eggs and seeing all of the cool colors they would become.
