I remember back in 2009 when Baltimore Orioles pitcher Chris Tillman made his debut. 2013 Resolutions
I have two New Year's Resolutions for 2013. Compared to recent years the number is light. In 2010 I had a whopping seven Resolutions. 2011 and 2012 saw me have four resolutions.
