No Alarm Clock for Me

The vast majority of the time, I find myself getting up before my alarm clock goes off. If I am getting up anywhere from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., my body is able to wake itself anywhere from fifteen minutes to an hour before I am supposed to rise.
