I'm not the Weird One

At work on Friday, The Boss brings in coffee from Tims and we take a few minutes to chat. It's an unofficial ritual, one that everyone enjoys. An Ode to A.

Pat_B recently mentioned that she gets called ma'am by young people (I believe the term "snot-nosed kids" was bandied about). Weekend Bliss

I think my favorite thing about weekends is that first cup of coffee. During the week, the morning is all about routine - I don't have to think, my body knows what needs to be done.
